We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Officer to promote and sell high-speed internet services. The ideal candidate will engage potential customers via phone, explain product benefits, and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Present and promote internet service packages.
- Address customer queries and overcome objections.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of internet services and technology is a plus.
