We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling IT services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United States and Canada. This is a night shift position to match North American business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Deliver professional sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with the technical team for client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or IT services.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts (aligned with USA/Canada time zones).
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Shift Timing:
Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) (Aligned with North American time zones)
