Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage a team of 10 front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support for daily operations.
  • Oversee the front desk schedule, ensuring adequate staffing for peak hours and effective workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing information about services, bank products, and account-related questions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software for tracking purposes.
  • Monitor the organization's appearance, keeping the front desk and lobby areas organized and professional.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and various departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and keeping inventory of supplies.
