We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to ensure our online presence is always up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines. This role will be crucial in maintaining our product catalog, enhancing our website's visual content, and implementing strategies to improve online visibility. You'll be a key player in driving our online sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Product Management:
- Efficiently add new product listings to our website, including descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
- Accurately edit and update existing product information, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and categorize products for optimal website navigation.
Image Editing & Preparation:
- Use Adobe Photoshop to clean, retouch, resize, and optimize product images for web use.
- Ensure all website images are high-quality, visually appealing, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Prepare banner images and other visual assets for website updates and promotions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Write compelling and keyword-rich meta titles and descriptions for website pages and products.
- Create and submit sitemaps to search engines (e.g., Google, Bing).
- Assist in implementing broader SEO strategies, including keyword research and link building (as directed).
General Website Maintenance:
- Perform regular checks to ensure website functionality and identify any issues.
- Assist with basic website content updates (text, images, etc.).
- Collaborate with other team members on website projects and updates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in website maintenance and e-commerce support.
Strong proficiency in using a Magento Commerce.
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and optimization.
Understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
