Hands-on VMware virtualization: design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).
Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
Hands-on experience with Linux flavors: installation and troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Suse, Debian).
Oversee data backup, Veeam backup, and disaster recovery.
Lead the IT infrastructure team, managing performance and training.
Monitor infrastructure capacity and recommend scaling strategies.
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, procurement, and service agreements.
