Medical Biller / Medical Billing Executive

eServMD Pvt Ltd, located in Islamabad, is a specialized service provider offering medical billing solutions to US-based companies and clients. We are looking to expand our team by hiring experienced Medical Billers who have a solid understanding of US medical billing processes. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during US business hours. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Park Road office in Islamabad, operating on a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and process medical claims using appropriate coding and billing systems.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and benefits to ensure precise billing.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies and errors promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient billing records in line with industry standards.
- Perform payment postings, track reimbursements, and conduct collection analysis and reporting.
- Identify and manage billing issues, handle claim denials, and follow up effectively with insurance providers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in US medical billing, with a minimum of six months preferred for consideration.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and related technologies.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (5:00 pm to 2:00 am).
