QA Manager is responsible for doing the following activities: -

Establish, maintain, and update effective Quality Management System and ensure compliance with related national and international regulations and standards.
Develop Quality Strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs, initiatives, and activities to ensure the quality and reliability of the products/processes.
Develop, administer, and maintain Quality Assurance Procedures and activities required to ensure that the company’s processes and products are following applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Advise and support new product development projects, assuring project deliverables are met in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide comprehensive Quality System Training to all employees in coordination with Human Resources,
Responsible for managing calibration of measuring equipment, testing & validation, and compliance with related standards.
Responsible for calibration, distribution, retrieval, and storage of gauges.
Responsible for conducting Internal Audits and coordinating with concerned departments for corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure that required Work Instructions, SOPs, and Safety Instructions are available and displayed wherever required.
Provide guidance and advice to the departments on Customer Quality Requirements and Standards.
Responsible for handling Customer Complaints, and completing the CAPA for reporting the Investigation Details.
