We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team and promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff to increase product awareness and drive sales. This position requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital personnel.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with healthcare professionals to present product features, benefits, and usage.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product usage, dosage, side effects, and advantages.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic sales planning.
- Organize and participate in product launches, conferences, seminars, and training workshops to stay informed and enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently manage appointments and sales activities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Valid driver’s license, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area or specific product line is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for managing customer data and sales reports.
- Ability to confidently handle objections and successfully close sales.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the designated location.
