Product Development Manager - Cosmetic / Skincare

We are seeking to hire a Cosmetic & Skincare Product Development Manager to oversee the creation, development, and successful launch of innovative cosmetic and skincare products. This role requires a deep understanding of cosmetic and skincare formulation, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth transition from product development to full-scale production.

2. Oversee the creation and testing of cosmetic and skincare formulations, ensuring they meet safety, efficacy, and regulatory requirements.

3. Collaborate with design and packaging teams to create attractive and functional product packaging.

4. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to coordinate product launches and marketing strategies.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.

6. Maintain detailed records of product development processes, including reports, data, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

Experience in cosmetic and skincare product development, including a demonstrated track record of successful product launches.
In-depth knowledge of cosmetic and skincare formulation, ingredients, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
