We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist/Executive Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors while also providing administrative and executive support to the Chairman ensuring seamless daily operations.

This is a full-time role requiring an ideal candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, efficiently balance multiple priorities. This role requires impeccable judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  •  Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage executive calendars efficiently.
  •  Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including supply management and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee and manage daily schedules and deadlines.
  •  Collaborate with other team members to support special projects and events.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or executive coordinator role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,Zoom,Google Meetings).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Punctuality and time management are essential qualities for success in this role.
