Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage customer calls, emails, and chat interactions effectively.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSR.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
- A customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
