We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of two-wheelers and three-wheelers in both urban and rural markets.
Requirements:
- Male, aged below 35 years
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks (BBA in Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of proven field experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in the automobile, electronics, or related sectors)
- Valid car driving license
- No criminal record
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and potential customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to boost brand visibility
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing plans and digital campaigns
- Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
