HSE Executive

MGA Industries Pvt seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in risk assessment, occupational health, and environmental management. As an HSE Executive, you will spearhead health and safety initiatives, conduct thorough safety audits, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of 15 professionals, fostering a culture of safety and awareness throughout the organization. Your contributions will be vital in preventing workplace incidents and promoting safe work practices for all employees.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure appropriate control measures are in place to mitigate risks.
Perform regular safety audits and inspections to monitor workplace conditions and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Lead incident investigations to identify root causes of accidents and near-misses, and develop strategies to prevent reoccurrences.
Provide safety training and development programs for employees, ensuring they are aware of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of safety activities, training, incidents, and audits, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
Support management in the preparation of HSE reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate health and safety measures into operational procedures and practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management, and advise management on relevant changes.
Foster a positive safety culture within the organization by engaging and motivating team members to prioritize health and safety in their daily activities.
