We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Investment Advisor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on real estate investments, specifically on residential and commercial properties. You will guide potential investors in making informed decisions, manage relationships, and close sales to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct property tours and explain market trends, potential returns, and investment risks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist clients through the sales process, from inquiry to closing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or investment advisory preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
