Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content from start to finish. You will collaborate with our creative team, directors, and producers to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with our brand's vision and messaging. Whether it’s for digital marketing, social media, internal communications, or client projects, your work will play a critical role in delivering engaging and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:
- Plan and execute video shoots from concept to final product.
- Set up and operate video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound.
- Coordinate with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure that video projects align with creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Capture high-quality footage during video shoots, including product shots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
Video Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit raw footage into polished video content, applying various techniques (cutting, trimming, color correction, audio adjustments, and effects) to create visually appealing and engaging videos.
- Ensure videos are edited to align with the project’s goals, style, and tone, while also meeting deadlines and specifications.
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, and text overlays to enhance the final product.
- Collaborate with the creative team to make revisions and adjustments as needed, ensuring the video content is aligned with the project’s vision and brand standards.
Content Optimization:
- Adapt video content for different platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), websites, YouTube, and internal communications.
- Optimize videos for various formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Ensure that all video content meets technical requirements and standards for delivery across multiple channels.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with directors, writers, and producers to brainstorm concepts and contribute creative ideas to video projects.
- Participate in pre-production planning sessions to help shape the visual direction of video projects.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make adjustments as required.
Video Asset Management:
- Organize and maintain a library of video footage, audio files, and other production assets.
- Keep project files and raw footage organized for easy retrieval and future use.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with the team to schedule shoots, set deadlines, and prioritize tasks based on project requirements.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:
- Keep up with the latest video editing tools, techniques, and trends in video production to ensure content is modern and fresh.
- Experiment with new video formats, effects, and production techniques to elevate the content quality and appeal.
