We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on social media strategy, content creation, analytics, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, and display advertising campaigns.
Analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.
Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to improve the user experience.
Track and report on key KPIs and ROI for all digital campaigns.
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Grow and manage online communities, responding to followers and engaging with influencers/brand advocates.
Stay current with trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
Run paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to support brand and lead generation goals.
Monitor social media insights and adjust strategies for better performance.
