- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lubricant products
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (B2B) (INDUSTRY experience in MOTOR OIL & LUBRICANTS is preferred. Backgrounds in INSURANCE and REAL ESTATE are also highly desirable)
- Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign development and execution
- Ability to work independently and within a team
