Supply Chain Executive

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, vendor management, production coordination, logistics, and inventory control. This role is vital in supporting the timely launch and replenishment of collections while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Procurement & Sourcing: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with fabric, accessories, and packaging suppliers. Ensure timely sourcing in line with production plans.
Vendor & Production Management: Liaise with stitching units, dyeing houses, and embroidery vendors to manage production timelines and quality control.
Logistics & Distribution: Plan and execute shipments from suppliers to production units and to retail or fulfillment points. Monitor transport efficiency and costs.
Inventory Control: Track inventory levels of raw materials, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking.
Demand Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with the design and sales teams to forecast demand and align production planning accordingly.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, delivery schedules, inventory reports, and invoices. Generate regular supply chain performance reports.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot supply delays, quality issues, or logistical bottlenecks to ensure continuity in operations.
