Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth:
- Identify new online markets and platforms to expand the business.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
2. Client Acquisition:
- Attract new clients and partners while building strong relationships.
- Utilize email campaigns, cold calling, and other outreach tools effectively.
3. Market Research:
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitors.
- Identify opportunities for new products or services.
4. Digital Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for social media campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Manage product listings and promotions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Daraz).
5. Proposal Writing & Presentations:
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
- Support negotiations and help close deals.
6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Use CRM tools to track customer data and engagement.
7. Performance Tracking:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare performance reports and analytics.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Expertise in market research and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools.
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (less experience is acceptable for junior roles).
- Experience with e-commerce and online business platforms is a plus.
