We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Marketing Representatives to join our marketing team. This position involves directly engaging with potential customers in their homes and neighborhoods to promote and sell our Internet Service Provider (ISP) offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proactive approach to generating leads and converting them into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote ISP Services: Actively promote the company's broadband packages, internet services, and other related products through door-to-door engagement in targeted residential areas.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, introduce them to available internet packages, and gather information about their needs to offer personalized solutions.
  • Sales: Present and sell internet packages to customers, including explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of different plans. Close sales or generate quality leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in the company’s internet services, broadband packages, and other related offerings to confidently explain them to customers.
  • Daily Reporting: Record and report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and leads to the team leader or marketing manager. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback on their needs, preferences, and market trends to help improve the company's offerings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on competitors’ services and strategies to better position your sales approach.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies, local laws, and regulations related to sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in door-to-door sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade and engage customers.
  • Sales Oriented: A passion for sales and meeting targets, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, self-manage time, and stay organized.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle objections and adapt to different customer personalities.
  • Familiarity with Internet Services: Knowledge of basic broadband and internet service offerings is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in residential areas and traveling door-to-door.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local community and neighborhoods in Sargodha is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps or devices to record data and track sales leads.
