This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager at Shandar Water Tanks in Karachi. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in managing and leading sales teams
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
