- Provide constructive feedback to agents to enhance their performance and skills
- Develop and maintain quality standards and guidelines
- Generate regular reports on quality metrics and performance trends
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize, and prioritize work
- Able to work in a night shift
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
