MIS Coordinator (Operations – After/Before Sales)

A well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Karachi is looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Tax Specialist to manage all taxation-related matters, with a particular focus on the manufacturing sector. The role involves handling invoicing, delivery orders, and inventory records while ensuring accurate and timely coordination with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage invoices, delivery orders, and inventory records with accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients regarding payments and generate aging reports to monitor outstanding balances.
- Maintain precise data and reports using MS Excel, utilizing advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data filtering.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth backend operations and seamless workflow.
- Keep customer and transaction records updated and accurate at all times.
- Provide timely reports to management on operational status and client coordination efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including strong skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data filtering.
- Experience with Busy Accounting Software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage workload and meet strict deadlines.
- Male candidates residing in Karachi are preferred.

- Preference will be given to candidates living near North Karachi for ease of commute and coordination.
- Competitive monthly salary package ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs65,000.
