Requirements:
- Minimum 03-05 Years of relevant experience, preferred denim industry.
- Execute daily production plans and allocate resources effectively to meet targets.
- Run batch shades in the correct sequence to prevent shade variation and optimize wash recipes.
- Control water consumption per garment and address any rework during the shift.
- Ensure consistent achievement of daily and weekly production targets.
- Oversee chemical issuance according to prescribed standards and maintain cleanliness in the department.
- Optimize wet process efficiency and maximize machine utilization.
- Coordinate timely batch input and meet required washing throughput times.
- Enforce safety and compliance guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment and coordinating with maintenance teams.
