The Social Media Manager will lead and manage the development, execution, and optimization of our social media strategy across all platforms. This individual will play a key role in shaping the brand’s digital presence, increasing engagement, and driving business objectives through innovative and strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development & Execution:

    • Develop and implement the company's social media strategy to align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
    • Oversee the creation of content for social media channels, ensuring it is on-brand, consistent, and engaging.
    • Identify new trends, platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to integrate social media efforts into broader campaigns.
  2. Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead a team of social media managers, content creators, and other relevant staff.
    • Set clear goals and performance targets for the team and ensure they have the resources and skills to succeed.
    • Provide guidance and training to the team on best practices, trends, and platform updates.
  3. Content Planning & Creation:

    • Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and key events.
    • Work with the creative team to develop engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, blog posts) tailored to each platform.
    • Ensure content is optimized for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  4. Community Engagement & Growth:

    • Build and manage an engaged community across social media platforms.
    • Monitor conversations, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers.
    • Foster relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to increase brand visibility.
  5. Performance Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
    • Regularly report insights and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) to senior leadership.
    • Adjust strategies based on data to continually improve performance.
  6. Brand Reputation Management:

    • Ensure that the brand’s reputation is maintained positively across social media platforms.
    • Address any negative feedback or crises promptly and professionally.
  7. Budget Management:

    • Manage and allocate the social media advertising budget for paid campaigns.
    • Optimize ad performance and monitor expenditures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze social media data and create reports.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
