Operations Specialist

As an Operation Specialist at MMBH Consultancy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operations of our organization. While we encourage freshers to apply, prior experience in a similar role will be considered a valuable asset. The ideal candidate should have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data into our systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Document Handling: Organize, catalog, and file documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Communication: Collaborate with various departments within the organization to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.

Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Reporting: Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel to track key operational metrics.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of other Office Suite programs is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
