Sales / Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into sales.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.

Requirements:

A minimum of one year of experience in sales and marketing roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using marketing and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
