We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our team and help grow our recruitment business.

Your job will include:

Finding and reaching out to new clients.
Negotiating deals with clients.
Working with the Associate Consultant to connect with job candidates.
Ensuring the company meets its revenue targets.

Requirements:

Strong English skills (written and spoken).
Career-driven and eager to grow.
Able to work UK hours (Pakistan time difference applies).
Well-organized with good communication skills.
Minimum graduation level education.
Minimum 4 years of management experience.
