• We are looking for an Assistant Manager Learning & Development to join our People & Organization division. In this role, you will be key in driving a culture of continuous learning by designing and implementing impactful development programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure the effectiveness of our learning initiatives helping to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
    • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Partner with key business stakeholders to identify learning needs and design targeted development programs.
    • Ensure training recommendations are relevant, impactful, and aligned with business priorities to maximize value.
    • Explore and implement innovative learning approaches and technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
    • Design and develop interactive, high-impact learning programs using various formats, including e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning.
    • Provide expert guidance to trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality learning delivery.
    • Analyze learning data and feedback to drive continuous program improvement and learner engagement.
    • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning tools, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
    • Develop in-house e-learning modules using advanced tools for both company-wide and division-specific training.
    • Stay updated on emerging learning trends and technologies, recommending relevant solutions to enhance learning impact.

    • Bachelors or Masters in business or HR or related degree with 3-5 years of experience
    • Experience in corporate learning
    • Research skills
    • L&D content designing (blended Learning, micro-learnings, learning paths)
    • Practical knowledge of Learning Management System & LinkedIn Learning
    • Knowledge of skillsets and competencies with business acumen is a must
    • Understanding of training consultants and related organizations
    • Stakeholder management, Negotiation Skills, Project Management
    • Communication (Written & Verbal) and Presentation skills (creating and presenting)
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
