What Executive Manager- BB Transformation and Strategy - MMBL does?

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Digital Financial Services (DFS) partners.
Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to elevate Bank services & products.
Enhance customer experience through optimized service delivery and cutting-edge solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of new initiatives with existing systems and processes.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to align efforts and ensure cohesive execution of BB-related projects.
Coordinate with external partners to deliver joint projects effectively and on time.
Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows and processes.
Support the scalability of BB operations while maintaining operational excellence.
Provide senior management with actionable insights derived from data analysis to inform decision-making.
Ensure that all strategic initiatives align with BB's long-term goals and vision.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Executive Manager- BB Transformation and Strategy - MMBL?

Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant professional/digital certifications is preferred.
Minimum of 06 years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, Experience in Branchless Banking, Digital Financial Services, or a similar domain is preferred.
