• The Partnership Sustainability & Assurance Manager acts as a strategic liaison between JC and MMBL, fostering collaboration, addressing financial and operational concerns, and ensuring long-term partnership sustainability. This role is critical for maintaining smooth communication, driving accountability, and aligning organizational goals with market and regulatory expectations.
    • o Act as the central communication point between JC and MMBL for all private and government sector partnerships.
    • o Build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring clear and transparent communication among all stakeholders.
    • o Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate discussions to address ongoing and emerging concerns effectively.
    • o Oversee the lifecycle of partnerships to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
    • o Conduct regular check-ins, organize meetings, and provide timely updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
    • o Promote trust and collaboration by ensuring both JC and MMBL stakeholders feel supported and informed.
    • o Manage financial tasks related to invoicing, pricing, and other revenue-impacting elements, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • o Analyze cost-benefit ratios for partnership initiatives, suggesting improvements where necessary to optimize efficiency and returns.
    • o Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, ensuring all partnership activities align with relevant laws and policies.
    • o Stay updated on new regulations, policies, and market trends that may impact partnerships.
    • o Identify challenges early and propose actionable solutions to ensure seamless operations.
    • o Stay informed about ongoing and upcoming projects, providing innovative input for product launches and partnership strategies.
    • o Promote resource sharing and collaboration to optimize outcomes for both JC and MMBL.
    • o Ensure information is shared accurately and timely with relevant teams to prevent escalation or misunderstandings.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • High proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
    • Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization and deadline management.
    • Ability to establish and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Adept at navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance.
    • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor s or Master s Degree from a reputable university.
    • 6 years of proven experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a strategic mindset.
