- As a Manager PMO - Technical, you would oversee projects through the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure. To ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be managing project managers and their KPI's.
- Project planning: Defining project scope, creating detailed work plans, setting timelines, assigning tasks to team members, and establishing project budgets.
- Team leadership: Building and motivating a high-performing project team, delegating tasks, managing conflicts, and providing feedback.
- Progress monitoring: Tracking project progress against the plan, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action as needed.
- Stakeholder communication: Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate project goals, updates, and issues to diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities: Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
- Analytical skills: Identifying problems, evaluating data, and making informed decisions.
- Organizational skills: Managing complex project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation effectively.
- Technical expertise: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools, and software.
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively.
- Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 Years Education: Software Engineering
