Telesales Agent

MobOil(Pakistan, Urdu Based) is seeking Male and Female staff for the call center. Looking for new talents and are providing a good opportunity for freshers to earn a market compatitive salary package.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Answering in-bound calls through market leads
Inform customers about the product and services in order to create interest in the brand
Answer questions about company and products
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process customer orders in an accurate way
Developing solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Converting customer inquiries into sales
Surveying customer satisfaction
Effective communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Minimum of one year of cold calling experience; previous experience in an inbound/outbound call center or related sales experience
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Qualification: Minimum intermediate level- Bachelor
