PKR. 35,000 - 60,000/Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, providing tailored tile solutions based on their needs.
- Support the sales process with detailed product knowledge and responsive customer service.
- Stay updated with the latest tile trends and designs to offer expert recommendations.
- Manage customer orders, coordinate with inventory and track deliveries.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Assist customers in selecting tiles based on preferences, space, and budget
- Provide product demonstrations and showcase samples to customers.
- Follow up with potential leads and update customers on stock availability
- Negotiate pricing and deals while maintaining company margins.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company's products, new arrivals, and trends.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Track personal sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales targets
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tiles and ceramics industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

- Minimum Experience: 1 Year – 3 Years
