Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online sales of financial services, assisting clients with account opening and onboarding processes.
- Provide excellent customer support via video calls, emails, and other online communication channels, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Build trust with clients through clear, polite, and confident communication during video calls.
- Write engaging articles and optimize content for our website using SEO practices (a plus).
- Register the company website in online directories and enhance its online presence.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales and marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English skills (written and spoken) with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence and professionalism for handling video calls.
- A client-focused mindset with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-management, organizational ability, and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or digital marketing is highly valued.
- Knowledge of online marketing tools and SEO (preferred but not essential).
