Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Hunting: Identify potential products to list on the Walmart marketplace through thorough research and market analysis.
  • Product Listing: Create and optimize product listings on Walmart to ensure they meet platform requirements and drive sales.
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage our Walmart seller account, ensuring seamless operations, performance optimization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to stay ahead in the Walmart marketplace.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to product performance, sales, and customer behavior on Walmart, making data-driven decisions.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Walmart listings and orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within our e-commerce team to achieve our Walmart goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Walmart Account Manager or similar role.
  • Experience with product hunting, product listing, and overall account management on the Walmart platform.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, specifically Walmart.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and platform updates on Walmart and Amazon.
