- Develop, plan, and execute youth-focused programs to engage and support young individuals.
- Organize workshops and activities aimed at capacity building and skill development for youth.
- Train and mentor youth leaders, volunteers, and community facilitators.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to enhance engagement with youth.
- Facilitate the team to expand the reach and impact of youth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of youth activities and budgets, and prepare reports and proposals.
- Support the marketing team in creating youth-focused content for social media and campaigns.
