1.Maintain Record of approved manpower request forms received from CEO Office.
2.Responsible to attract the candidates for all the job opening through various recruitment methods.
3.Schedule the interviews by keeping in loop the Line Heads and Call candidates for tests and Interviews.
4.Make sure that maximum candidates are present at the time of tests and interviews.
5.Responsible to prepare and conduct tests of the candidates. Check the tests and prepare results for further short listing.
6.Prepare files of newly hired employees and ensure posting of their details in software.
7.Directly responsible to conduct the new employee orientation of every new joiner as per the orientation policy of organization.
8.Responsible for on time Quarterly evaluations by keeping in loop line Heads and conduct performance interviews between line heads and staff for performance feedback purpose.
9.Maintain record of quarterly performance evaluations and Training Need Analysis.
10.Responsible for all logistical and scheduling arrangements of training events and ensure that trainings must be conduct in professional environment.
11.Responsible to receive the grievance of employees by keeping in view the employee relation policy and procedure of the organization.
12.Look after daily employee matters to engage them in their work positively.
13.Process the employee separation activities by receiving resignation, issuing experience letter and ensure software entries for employee exit.
14.Responsible to conduct employee exit interviews to understand the reasons of employee resignations.
15.Prepare Employee Confirmation, Termination, Increment, promotion letters and other relevant documents as assigned by Senior.
16.To maintain personnel records as per labor laws and company policy.
17.Any other task related to HR as assigned by Management.
