Complete Microsoft 365 environment which includes but not limited to, implementation of security Policies, Management of Intune devices.
Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats using Microsoft 365.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure following company policies.
Set up and configure user accounts, email accounts, and other day to day IT Operations.
Provide technical support for meetings, video conferences, and other office technology needs.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for IT processes and systems.
Must be able to communicate with vendors.
SharePoint configuration, management, and policies implementation to provide a secure environment for different subscription and teams.
Multi-tenant management for Azure-AD

Additional Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Technical proficiency in operating systems, networking, and hardware maintenance.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with users in a friendly and professional manner.

Office Timings and Mode of Payment

Tax free USD Remittance
Working hours, Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7:00 PM
Occasional after-hours work may be required to resolve urgent IT issues.
