Your responsibilities will include:
Business Development and Customer Retention: Proactively identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction for continued business growth.
Negotiate Rates and Provide Tailored Shipping Solutions: Utilize your negotiation skills to secure competitive rates and offer customized shipping solutions to our valued clients.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with international regulations, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to make informed decisions and adapt to changes effectively.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the logistics industry.
- A strong understanding of international shipping processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary Package: We offer a competitive salary package ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 PKR, with additional commission opportunities.
