The Team Leader Operations is responsible for the smooth & efficient functioning of operational & administrative activities of the Operational Area by managing the Supervisory and functional staff of the Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises & ensures the following:
- Timely pickups & deliveries of shipments
- Strict compliance with Standard Operating procedures in all operational activities
- Strict security of the Operations Room and places where the material is being handled
- Receiving of inbound material & forwarding of outbound material •Immediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolution
- Coordination with the Customer Services Department for effective & efficient resolution of customers’ complaints
Ensures Quality Control checks of the following:
- Timely departure of couriers for deliveries
- Availability & working conditions of operation vehicles
- Transit Checks (handling & carriage of transit material)
- Maintenance of logbook
