- Responsible for all brands’ (or specific) Out bound calling and as well as all order placing.
- Assuring the shipments on time to match the customers satisfaction.
- Ensure the resolving the issues and getting the possible solutions to the customer.
- To insure the organization/brand’s good image in the market.
- Responsible for cold calling to generate the new sales and develop the new customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone calls, email and chat (Outbound).
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
