• Responsible for all brands’ (or specific) Out bound calling and as well as all order placing. 
  • Assuring the shipments on time to match the customers satisfaction. 
  • Ensure the resolving the issues and getting the possible solutions to the customer.
  • To insure the organization/brand’s good image in the market.
  • Responsible for cold calling to generate the new sales and develop the new customers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone calls, email and chat (Outbound).       
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
