Customer Service Representative

We’re seeking a proactive CSR to handle outbound call campaigns for our BPO partner. You’ll be the voice of our clients—engaging prospects, validating information, and driving high-quality lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to prospects and existing customers following provided scripts.
Verify and update customer data, ensuring accuracy in CRM.
Identify needs, overcome objections, and schedule appointments or close sales as required.
Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, quality, operations) to resolve issues and improve process.
Document call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up actions promptly.
Adhere to all BPO and client-specific compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of outbound-call CSR experience—ideally in a BPO/Touchstone environment.
Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident phone presence.
Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive communication skills.
Comfortable working late evening shift and maintaining consistent productivity targets.
Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word), and call-center software.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
