Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries (Inbound)
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Do follow up from all the landed Customers and integrate the previous customers with their sales representative, new and current customers.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product (to Inbound Customers)
Contact with vendors to fulfill the customer/orders’ requirements
Prepare the quotations and invoices
Placing the orders on relevant platforms & make sure payments
Ensuring that you are on track with sales goals
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Feedback calls to the customers after product arrived
Prepare call’s responses files
Data entry, customer records in various platforms (like CRM, Google Sheets etc.)
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Always follow the proper channel for the raised or requested queries.
