Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Attract top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Review and analyze resumes to identify qualified candidates and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements and expectations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
