Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Location: Office-based role
Shift Timings: Eastern Time Zone (EST)

Key Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in an HR role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records
Support HR functions such as onboarding, training, and performance management
Address employee queries regarding policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
