Effective monitoring of all cameras
In case of any unserviceability, immediately inform the concerned department and get the system back online.
Provide efficient and accurate responses to emergency situation
Timely communication to manager admin, security staff, CCTV section in charge, and/or concerned department(If any) regarding any unusual situation
Keep a record of all emergency cellular phones available in the control room
To make sure cameras are operated by concerned staff only, unauthorized operation of the CCTV system will strictly be prohibited
Proper handling/taking over of shift duties.
