1. To Explore & Identify new markets based on import potential and market accessibility. To apply market penetration strategies for new markets
  2. To identify and realize on product development opportunities through sampling and trials in international markets
  3. To sell a complete range of ISL products to clients internationally in order to achieve given monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  4. To maintain & develop excellent relations with all customers via better service, regular visits, participating in exhibitions, and staying in close touch with all stakeholders.
  5. To carry out necessary surveys for Market Intelligence, market mapping & customer segmentation to remain abreast of the prevailing conditions in the marketplace.
  6. To liaise with Planning, QC, Logistics & Finance to ensure seamless operations.
  7. To keep close liaison with finance and customer to make sure timely payment receipts
  8. To ensure compliance with company policies & procedures, all legal and HSE-related SOPs for maintaining a legal and safe environment
