1. Provide maintenance services to ensure all Shutdown jobs are properly planned, scheduled, and performed within expected timeframes.
2. To coordinate activities with Plant Operations and maintenance departments for regular maintenance.
3. To maintain daily progress reports of machine operators for reporting.
4. To maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
5. To ensure that all operators are motivated, adequately equipped, and trained so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
6. To maintain housekeeping and cleaning of machines & machine shop for implementation of 5S.
