Financial Model Preparation:
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance, forecast future trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize historical data, industry trends, and economic indicators to create accurate financial projections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for model development.
Management Reporting:
- Generate regular management reports highlighting key financial metrics, variances, and performance trends.
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary to facilitate understanding of financial results and drive actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the development of executive-level presentations for board meetings and senior management reviews.
Budgeting Activities:
- Support the annual budgeting process by working closely with departmental heads to gather input, review assumptions, and consolidate budgets.
- Analyze budget proposals to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, financial targets, and operational priorities.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year, identify deviations, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions as needed.
Financial Statements Preparation:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in accordance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of external audits and liaise with auditors to address inquiries and provide necessary documentation.

Specifications:

ACCA qualification or CA Finalist status is required.
Prior experience working in an audit firm, preferably in a financial advisory or assurance role.
Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their application in financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information effectively to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and software tools, such as Microsoft Excel, and experience with financial management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
